Any admins on the server will have a vhost mask of @irc.chatnet.ca doing a /whois
(like thunder@irc.chatnet.ca)
Our official server channels are #General - #WorldChat - #IRCStaff
Any other channels are very strictly user created and not affiliated with the ChatNET staff.
You can type /chanserv LIST * to see what channels are available.
